We Are

Before we were Planet AV, we were a group of skilled and experienced technicians in a related field. We were constantly expanding our knowledge and our services, while keeping up with technological trends.

As seasoned technicians always advocating transparency, our clients often came to us seeking advice on quotes they received from the in-house AV provider.

Our Process


  • Collect Information

    We collect general information about your event. This includes date and time, the venue, function room layouts, and any special requests you may have.

  • Propose Solution

    We propose the most cost-effective solution based on your needs with several tiers to choose from.

  • Conduct Walkthrough

    We meet with you at the venue to discuss equipment, tables, podium location, and more. We then work hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator, ensuring all of your requests have been fulfilled. We may also take a 3-D scan of the location if necessary.

  • Execute Event

    We set up ahead of time to ensure that everything is in place and working order at the start of your event. All equipment is checked each morning, while contingency plans are in place as a safety precaution. When all systems go, we breathe life into your event.

  • Follow-up Post Event

    We'll contact you ensuring nothing but extraordinary service was offered and request feedback on our performance to enhance future events.
